Nasi Goreng Hongkong

After questioning a few friends and also googling for chinese fried rice finally I come up with this simple recipe. Even though it’s still far from the Chinese restaurant, but for me it can represent the Chinese fried rice.

According to mbak Ine, the key to make fine fried rice was using the big flame/fire in cooking the rice 😀 Thanks mbak Ine for the tips… And after several making of this Nasi Goreng, finally I got the “jumping rice” yuhuuuu am so glad when the first I got it… berhasil…berhasil…horeeee

Ingredients:
2 mangkuk nasi
minyak wijen (boleh dicombine dengan margarin)
4 siung bawang putih, digeprak
sosis
bakso ikan
smoked beef
daun bawang (aku ga pake karena anakku ga begitu suka)
1 sdm kecap ikan
1 sdm kecap asin
merica secukupnya
garam
1 sdm saus tiram
1/2 sdm ang ciu

Directions:
– Panaskan wajan, tuang minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih hingga harum
– Masukkan sosis dll
– Terakhir masukkan nasi, tambahkan kecap ikan, kecap asin dan lain2
– Masak hingga bumbu meresap
